About Soft & Production Tooling
Marcopolo’s state-of-the-art Tool Room is equipped to provide comprehensive soft and production tooling solutions for prototyping, pre-production runs and full scale manufacturing. The dedicated facility is managed by experienced technicians who have produced 1,000+ tools till date.
The Tool Room is supported by an in-house Design team, capable of part and mould design, DFM and Mouldflow analysis, and generation of 2D drawings for manufacturing. The Design team is experienced with VisiCAD, Siemens NX, Creo and Moldex 3D that enables them to offer high quality design and analysis for the production of precise components.
The collective strength and team work enables Marcopolo to design and develop complex moulds in significantly lower turnaround time and cost than production tooling.
