For many applications and at an advanced level of test requirements, materials that are used for additive manufacturing and vacuum casting may not be sufficient to carry out reliable testing for design validation. Even CNC Machined prototypes would not have the required level of strength that is achieved in during the moulding or casting process. For these applications it becomes imperative to move towards actual Injection/Compression Moulding for Plastics/Rubber parts or towards forming/stamping for Sheet Metal components or towards pressure die casting/sand casting for Ferrous and Non Ferrous castings. This may become a very expensive proposition and a very time consuming one. To overcome this we have developed techniques for development of SOFT TOOLS. Common housings are used for components of similar size and all  kinds of automation are taken away from the tool. With innovative design, tools can be developed at a fraction of the cost of final production tools and also in much shorter lead times. The life of tools depend on the selection of raw material which can be based on the quantity requirement of the end user.
